Indoor Soccer Scrimmage for Kids

Now for Parents/Kids too!

AGES 7-11

Join us for an exciting session of indoor soccer, the fast-paced game, where kids and now parents too, can have lots of fun developing skills, touches and teamwork whilst playing soccer. Lots of running is going to be involved and therefore it’s a great way to keep active as winter sets in. All ability levels are welcome. Limited space available so register early.

Bring: Athletic shoes (no cleats) and good, active clothing.

YOUTH IN GRADES 4-8

Join usfor an opportunity to shoot some hoops by yourself or get involved in a pick-up game or maybe play a game of HORSE. Program is subject to cancellation based on school activities; there will be no make-up days. Register once for a great deal and drop in whenever you wish. Min 9/Max 15

Grades 1-2 Coed “Little Dribblers”
Season:  October 24 – November 16, 2017
Schedule:  Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4pm – 4:45pm
Fee:  $70 includes shirt

Fee:  $175 includes S.W.I.S.H. league fees, South Whidbey practice gyms and jersey
Traveling teams join the Skagit S.W.I.S.H. League, playing Saturdays (11 game guarantee, not every Saturday) in Skagit County.  Practices at SWSD schools will be scheduled by coaches.  Follows S.W.I.S.H. League rules and procedures.

Grades 7-8 Boys Traveling Teams
Registration Deadline:  December 3
Games:  Saturdays beginning early January; practices begin earlier
Fee:  $180 includes S.W.I.S.H. league fees, South Whidbey practice gyms and jersey
Traveling teams join the Skagit S.W.I.S.H. League, playing Saturdays (11 game guarantee, not every Saturday) in Skagit County.  Practices at SWSD schools will be scheduled by coaches.  Follows S.W.I.S.H. League rules and procedures.

SWPRD reserves the right to make division and schedule changes (including possibly switiching to coed) as needed based on player turnout, gym availability and coach availability.

Late registration fees may apply after deadlines.  Late registrations will be accepted only if space is available.

Coaches Needed
Volunteer coaches are needed for each team in the league.  Lead coach’s child plays for free.  Applications will be available online or at the SWPRD office in September.  Coaches should apply by registration deadline.

Running Club

GRADES 5-6

The goal of Road Runners Club of America is to see a youth running club in every school and community in the U.S. Each meeting we will have short discussions regarding health and fitness followed by physical activity. We will focus on proper form, running etiquette, stretching, warming up, cooling,  down and fun. Every day we’ll head out on the trails and fields of Community Park. Be prepared to participate rain or shine, and help create a supportive environment for your teammates. Spring Session: Coach can meet students at the SWES flagpole after school, and escort them to the program. Preregistration required.
