Yoga in the Park

Advance registration required. Please sign up by noon Friday, prior to each class.




Yoga in the Park offers whole-body fitness and fun while practicing mindful movement. Connect with your body and breath while getting stronger and develop better balance and flexibility. Yoga offers useful tools for managing stress and finding relaxation while making a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds and hip openers.

Bring: Water bottle, sweat towel, supportive shoes (ones that can get grassy and wet) and clothes you can move around in freely.

Rain-Outs: If the weather is looking iffy, please check your email for updates.

Location: The “Upper Soccer Field” at South Whidbey Community Park, 5495 Maxwelton Road, Langley. See locator map, below.

Instructors: Yoga is offered in partnership with Island Athletic Club (IAC) and their fantastic group fitness instructors. Advance registration required, class size is limited.

Fee: $10 per day for Island Athletic Club members; $15 per day for general public.
