Paint your own abstracts!
ADULTS (Youth 10+ okay accompanied by an adult)
Learn to make unique abstract art using acrylic paints and pouring medium. This introductory class will cover the basics of how to mix the paint & medium, how and why to use silicone drops, and demonstrate several common techniques. Participants will create several pieces during the class and walk away with the skills to create their own masterpieces! Acrylic pours create dazzling patterns, can be used on a wide range of objects, and can be found for sale in galleries and craft fairs. No artistic experience needed. Students leave artwork to dry for 1-2 days before moving them. Search ‘Acrylic Pouring’ on YouTube for examples of the process and results.
