**Cancelled**
Sadly, it is just too cloudy to view stars. We’ll schedule another Star Party in the future! Meanwhile, it’s not raining! So you could still take a lovely winter solstice stroll this evening.Go outside and enjoy the last dark days.
Or stay inside, nice and cozy, with a warm drink and a book.
Happy solstice!

ALL AGES WELCOME
Explore the night sky and view distant galaxies, planets and nebulas at this free public Star party hosted by the Island County Astronomical Society. No telescope is needed and people of all ages are welcome. Be sure and dress warmly and we’ll provide cocoa! Note: the event will be cancelled if the weather is cloudy.
Make an evening of it! Pack a picnic and enjoy a candlelit brisk dinner under the picnic shelters.
