Start the New Year off with a splash! Join a fun-loving crowd for a bone chilling dive into 2023. WHY? It’s fun. Seriously! Plus, it benefits the Island County 4-H Teen Leadership Club. A New Year’s tradition since 2004. Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Registration opens at 10:30 a.m. Splash at noon. .
FEE – Only $10! –Fee includes coffee, cocoa, cookies, bonfires, music, and a downright festive event. Proceeds support the Island County 4-H (FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIRT) – IN-PERSON REGISTRATION AT THE EVENT OPENS AT 10:30AM
In an effort to conserve on t-shirts and maximize fundraising, we’ve teamed up with Savage Screen Printing to offer a website with different options for Polar Bear Dive clothing that you can choose to order for yourself or others. Orders placed by 11:59pm on Dec. 18 will be available for pickup at the event. Any orders placed after the deadline can be picked up during business hours at the South Whidbey Parks & Recreation admin building at 5475 Maxwelton Road in Langley after January 17.
