Basketball Skills & Open Gyms
For Boys & Girls in Grades 3-6
Players will participate in basketball skill-building drills and mini-games that will focus on shooting, passing, rebounding, and defense. Each session will also involve structured pick-up games that give an opportunity for kids to learn in-game basketball concepts and rules while the game is being played. All players that are registered for their specific session will also have access to a an age-specific 60-minute open gym session on each Tuesday. Kids can choose to play a pick-up game, Bump, HORSE, or simply shoot at a basket. The purpose of these open gyms is to give kids access to explore basketball.
Requirements
- Masks required at all times
- Parents will only be allowed during drop-off/pick-up at the beginning /end of each session

- No food, juices or sports drinks are allowed in the SWCC gyms
