NEW - Outdoor Courts - Drop-In Open Play

Beginning July 1, the outdoor courts at 5598 Langley Rd will have designated free drop-in play for ALL LEVELS at the following days/times:

M/W/F | 8:30-10:30am

Drop-In Rules:

  • Put paddle in queue
  • Players will play 2 games and rotate off
    • The first game of the session, the winning team will stay on and losing team will rotate off
  • The next two paddles in the queue will rotate in once a game is finished
  • Players should rotate partners after each game.
  • Games are to 11 – win by 2

BRING: Water bottle, paddle (some loaners available), athletic shoes. Lockers available for session use (indoor only).

    • MONTHLY PASS – $25 FOR SEPTEMBER – Allows attendance to any drop-in session for the month of SEPTEMBER. All sessions are on a first come, first served basis. Monthly pass does not guarantee admission if session is at capacity – Monthly Pass must be purchased online –PURCHASE HERE

    • Single Session Drop-In – $5 – Paid at check-in. CASH ONLY – NO CHECKS – NO COINS – MUST USE EXACT CHANGE

Beginner Player Course

ADULTS, BEGINNERS*

Learn as you play and become a Pickler in no time! If you are new to the game or would like to brush up on your skills, this 2-day course is for you! You will learn the basics of pickleball rules, terminology, primary skills, coordination, introduction to the court, and more.  After completing the class, we hope you’ll join us for our regular Pickleball program!

Bring: Paddle (loaner paddles are available by request at registration), water bottle. We will provide nets and balls.

Location: South Whidbey Sports Complex Pickleball Courts – 5598 Langley Rd, Langley

Instructor: Barry Haworth, , with assistance from other avid picklers.

You’ll need to provide your own paddles and balls. The net may be checked out during our normal business hours, Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30. Net check-out is free of charge. Ask us for info on court usage schedules.
